Fitness After Baby!
A little bit about me: I gave birth to my 2nd child, a little girl, in May 2012. I'm nearing the age of 30 and would like to invite you to follow along with me as I work to get my body into shape following a second pregnancy.
I plan to use this blog to document my goals, progress, diet tricks and tips that I discover, and to overall hold myself accountable.
